Local History

The Library maintains a reference collection of local history materials for use by members and visitors within the library. This collection includes microfilm copies of the Narrandera Argus from 1899 to date and the Narrandera Ensign from 1888 to 1913.

Genealogy

The library has a number of Family History resources available for researchers. These include Birth, Death and Marriage Indexes for NSW and Victoria, microfiche copies of the Blue Books and Convict Indents and a Cemeteries Data Base that that has been indexed with Obituaries, Death Notices and In Memoriums from local newspapers.
