This Community Participation Plan (CPP) is only applicable to Council’s planning functions exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the Act).

Community participation relating to other functions of the Council is addressed in Council Policy ES310 Community Engagement.
