The Delivery Program is a four year program detailing the principal activities that Council will undertake to achieve the objectives established in the Community Strategic Plan. The performance targets and measurables are reported to Council on a quarterly basis.

The current Delivery Program (DP) was rewritten and adopted by Council at its 19 June 2018 for the 2019-2020 financial year and beyond. There are no proposed amendments to the program for 2020-2021.
