Victoria Square Memorial Gardens is positioned in the centre of Narrandera and features a ceramic Royal Doulton Fountain which was presented to the people of Narrandera by Alderman and Mrs. Hankinson in 1922 in honour of those who served in the First World War. This is one of two such fountains in the world, with the other one found in the City of Karachi, Pakistan.

There are four War Memorial Monuments in the gardens, dedicated to those who served in World War I, World War II, the Bore War and a monument dedicated to members of the Royal Australian Navy and Royal Australian Air Force.

The Memorial Gardens host the annual Anzac Day and Remembrance Day services.
