Council has been advised by its kerbside collection contractor that a mechanical failure has occurred with one of the collection vehicles. The contractor is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will endeavour to complete as many collections as they can today. 

Any remaining collections not completed today will be undertaken tomorrow, Saturday 11 October. 

Council apolagises for any inconvenience caused and requests that residents leave their bins out overnight to ensure collectioncan occur tomorrow.
